So this raises the question, “how do we create a heart-healthy pizza that is gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb and low sodium?
I found a solution! The crust is made using extra lean ground white chicken breast and ground flaxseed meal! Although this pizza is dairy-free, it still tastes cheesy because of this secret ingredient: nutritional yeast!
